Our Method: Low Pressure, Long Dwell, Thorough Rinse

High pressure is the wrong tool for a house. Vinyl panels are designed to shed rain, not a concentrated jet — forced water finds its way behind the laps, where it can sit against the sheathing. Pressure that strong can also crack aged vinyl, chew mortar joints, strip paint, and carve fuzz into wood trim. Worse, blasting algae only removes what you can see; the growth left rooted in the surface comes back quickly.

Soft washing works the opposite way. We apply a siding-appropriate cleaning solution at low pressure — closer to a heavy rain than a pressure washer — and let it dwell so it breaks down algae, mildew, and organic film where they attach. Then we rinse everything from the top down with plenty of clean water. Before any solution goes on the house, we pre-wet and protect landscaping around the work area, and we keep rinsing beds and shrubs as we go.
