Pressure Washing Services That Bring Your Property Back to Life
Safe, surface-specific exterior cleaning for homes and businesses across Woodstock and North Metro Atlanta. Low-pressure soft washing for siding and roofs, controlled pressure for concrete — and clear communication from your first message to the final walkthrough.
Humidity feeds algae and mildew on siding. Spring pollen coats every surface in yellow. Shaded, wooded lots stay damp and turn concrete slick and green. And red clay finds its way onto driveways, walkways, and curbs. Left alone, that buildup dulls your curb appeal and makes walkways slippery.
The fix isn't maximum pressure — it's the right method for each surface. We use controlled pressure on durable hardscapes like concrete, and low-pressure soft washing on siding and roofs, so buildup comes off and your surfaces stay protected.
Redline Exterior Cleaning is locally owned and operated by firefighters. More than a decade in public safety shaped how we run this company: show up on time, communicate clearly, respect the property in front of you, and finish what you started.
That means surface-specific methods instead of maximum pressure, honest recommendations instead of upsells, and a final result we walk through together before we leave.

The Right Method for the Surface
Soft Wash vs. Pressure Wash
More pressure isn't better — the correct technique is. Here's how we decide.
Soft Washing
A low-pressure application paired with the right cleaning solution. The solution does the work — breaking down algae, mildew, and grime — and a gentle rinse carries it away without stressing the surface.
Calibrated pressure and professional surface cleaners for hard, durable surfaces. Even passes, the right PSI for the material, and a thorough rinse — power used with control, not as a default.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses controlled water pressure to clean hard, durable surfaces like concrete driveways and sidewalks. Soft washing uses low pressure paired with a cleaning solution to safely clean siding, roofs, and painted or delicate surfaces. We choose the method based on the surface — never maximum pressure by default.
Is house washing safe for siding?
Yes — when it's done as a low-pressure soft wash. The cleaning solution breaks down algae, mildew, and grime, and a gentle rinse carries it away. High pressure on siding can force water behind panels, which is exactly what we avoid.
Can pressure washing remove Georgia red clay stains?
Usually, yes — red clay staining on concrete responds well to pre-treatment plus surface cleaning. Deep-set or older stains may lighten significantly rather than vanish completely, and we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
How often should a home be washed in Georgia?
Most North Georgia homes benefit from an exterior wash about once a year, often in spring before or after pollen season. Homes on shaded, wooded lots may see algae return faster and benefit from more frequent attention. It depends on your lot — not a rigid schedule.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as we can access outdoor water and the areas being cleaned, you don't need to be home. Many customers prefer to be around for the final walkthrough, but it's completely optional.
What should I do before the appointment?
Close windows and doors, move vehicles away from work areas, bring pets inside, and clear small furniture or planters from surfaces being cleaned. We'll confirm the specifics for your project when we schedule.
Do you serve areas outside Woodstock?
Yes. We're based in Woodstock and serve Cherokee County and much of North Metro Atlanta — including Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Canton, Cartersville, and Dallas. Check our service areas page for the full list.
How do I request an estimate?
Fill out the quote form on this page or the contact page — it takes about a minute. Photos of the areas you'd like cleaned help us respond faster. We'll follow up with a free, no-obligation estimate.
Honest, Property-Specific Estimates
What Goes Into Your Estimate
We don't post one-size-fits-all prices, because no two properties are the same. Here's what actually shapes a quote — and what you can always count on.
Surface & Material
Vinyl, brick, stucco, wood, and concrete each call for different methods, pressures, and time on site.
Size & Footprint
The square footage of siding, roof, and flatwork is the single biggest factor in any quote.
Condition & Buildup
A light pollen film cleans up quickly; years of heavy algae, moss, or red-clay staining takes more.
Access & Layout
Slopes, tight side yards, height, and landscaping all affect setup, safety, and time.
Services Combined
How many surfaces you tackle in one visit — house, driveway, roof — shapes the overall scope.
